Congratulations to the winners of World Chess Team Championships 2019!

A Hoang Thanh Trang, Gara Anita, Gara Tícia, Terbe Julianna és Havanecz Bianka összeállítású együttes Egyiptomot legyőzte, Örményországgal és Indiával döntetlent játszott, többi hat mérkőzésén vereséget szenvedett, így az afrikaiakat tudta megelőzni a tízcsapatos mezőnyben – a vb honlapja szerint. A magyar válogatott a tavalyi sakkolimpián elért ötödik helyezésével szerzett részvételi jogot a vb-re.

A világbajnoki címet a nőknél a kínaiak, a férfiaknál – ahol magyar csapat nem volt – az oroszok szerezték meg.

Serbian Grandmaster Ivan Ivanisevic won the 2015 Karposh Open in Skopje after concluding the competition with 7,5/9 points, leaving the group of eight followers half a point behind. The Karposh Open is a traditional chess event organized by the municipality Karposh, Skopje, in collaboration with Chess Club Gambit Asseco SEE. It run from 27th March to 3rd April.
